Refund policy
We offer a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. Screenshots of logistics, tracking info from logistics company mails, regarding shipping disputes.
c. The products need to be returned to provided address, if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
Notes:
a. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
b. For damaged packing boxes, we cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant delivery.
c. For ordinary products, You shall complain or open a dispute with us within 2 days after packages are delivered.
d. For electronic products, You shall complain or open a dispute with us within 5 days after packages are delivered.
Incorrect or missing products
We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. our team will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, Our suppliers offers a full refund or replacement.
b. For Products with wrong color or size that don't affect product function: Our suppliers don't offer refunds or returns since our products are custom made. However, we can certainly offer discounts on your next order as compensation, if you send us visual proof.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Our suppliers may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, our suppliers will resend the product only.
d. For accessories, our suppliers will resend the accessories.
Orders Delayed
Please note that while most of our products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours and are expected to be delivered within 4 to 8 days, some items, particularly those that are custom manufactured and in high demand, may sometimes take 15 to 30 days for delivery.
We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, but we ask for your patience and understanding. If you have not received your order even after 40 days from the shipping date, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please check your email for tracking information when you place an order with us. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the shipping process, and you can track your package's progress online.
Note:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for you to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Refunds
We take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you have a major dispute with your order and we approve your refund request, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We accept returns and refunds for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
Note: Products purchased during special deals, offers, or discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please note that for custom-manufactured products, we do not offer refunds or returns, as they are specifically manufactured upon request and cannot be taken back by the manufacturer.
